1. What face data does the app collect?
The application collects facial images captured during attendance and generates a facial embedding for identity matching and liveness detection. We do not collect or store biometric identifiers such as retina scans or fingerprints.

Face data is used exclusively to verify the identity of the user during attendance (check-in and check-out) and to prevent impersonation or fraudulent attendance.
3. Is face data shared with third parties?
No. Face data is never shared with third parties and is not used for advertising, analytics, profiling, or marketing purposes.
4. Where is face data stored?
Face data is encrypted and stored on secure private servers operated by the Company and located in Indonesia.
5. How long is face data retained?
Face data is retained only while the user remains an active employee. Upon account deletion or termination of employment, all face data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
